Where should you search? The Twitter channel Wildbrick142 shared a card with 30 locations of the outfittile on the Map of GTA Online. However, you can only find one per day (a true day - not a day in the game) and the location is the same for each player. So if you have already found a box of your friends on the day, you are there too.
The boxes look like this: If you want to take part in the treasure hunt, then you have to look for small treasure chests. They hardly fall up in the game, which is why they have to go close to the site. In the helicopter from the air, they overlook them easily.
Be close to one of the treasure chests, you heard in the game tones that resemble a carillon. In addition, your controller vibrates if you stand immediately next to one of the searched chests.
What brings the treasure hunt? You will receive per box that collects you, 20,000 GTA dollars. There are RP to increase your level. As a conclusion, if you have found seven boxes, you will free this special pirate outfit free. That takes at least seven days, because you can only collect a box per day. You do not have to do that on seven consecutive days, but you can leave as much time as you want.
If there is no more GTA dollars for the conclusion, then you will receive 140,000 GTA dollars.
