Hideo Kojima is apparently working on a new PS5 game

In a recent publication on social networks, Hideo Kojima himself shared an image of what seemed to be a work space in Kojima Productions. On its own, the image did not mean much, but some fans noticed that in the corner of the image you could see a PS5 development kit connected to a television. Although it is not surprising that Kojima Productions has access to a PS5 development kit, the fact that there is one sitting near the Kojima seat in the image caused some fans to deduce that the next game of the studio could reach the PlayStation platform.

As mentioned, the main reason why this is important is because several people have assumed that Kojima will end up working with Xbox somehow. While this possibility is still at stake, the fact that a PS5 development kit also seems to be actively used within Kojima Productions could open a hole in this theory.

Once again, however, it is worth noting that Kojima simply having a development kit for PS5 does not mean much. Kojima Productions has already launched a game for PS5 with _ sections of the director of Death Stranding_, so it is not unusual to see a development kit in the office. Even so, the fact that it seemed to be actively connected and connected to a monitor is what makes all this a little more interesting.
