The ability-threatened English football first division FC Burnley has been separated from his team manager Sean Dyche after more than nine years. The club of the former Wolfsburg goalkeeper Wout Wirehorst justified on Friday, a change is necessary "to give the team the best possible chance to give the whereabouts in the Premier League". Burnley currently has four points behind the saving shore.
Dyche (50) had only extended his contract until 2025 in the fall, twice he had led the Clarets to the Premier League. Through dyches dismissal Jürgen Klopp is now the longest reigning team manager in the English upper house. The former success trainer of Borussia Dortmund and the FSV Mainz 05 took over the FC Liverpool in October 2015.
